Refunds and Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions. 

Hot Drink Card: One stamp is awarded for each full-price coffee purchased when the loyalty card is presented at the time of purchase. Once 10 stamps have been collected, the completed card may be redeemed for one free standard coffee from our regular menu. Stamps cannot be issued retrospectively and only one stamp is issued per hot drink purchased. Loyalty cards cannot be exchanged for cash, used with other offers unless stated, or replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. The completed card must be surrendered when claiming the free coffee. Stony Bakers Artisan Bakery reserves the right to amend or withdraw this loyalty scheme at any time.

Wholesale Terms, Ordering & Delivery Policy

Stony Bakers Artisan Bakery proudly supplies artisan breads and baked goods to cafés, restaurants, shops, and food businesses that share our passion for quality, freshness, and traditional baking.

Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale purchasing is available to approved business customers only. Businesses must register for a wholesale account before placing orders through our wholesale portal.

We reserve the right to approve or decline wholesale applications at our discretion.

Ordering

Wholesale orders must be placed through the wholesale ordering portal or via the agreed ordering method.

To ensure availability and freshness, orders should be placed within the agreed ordering schedule. Orders placed outside of this timeframe may not be fulfilled.

As all of our products are handmade and baked fresh daily, availability may vary.

Delivery

Our team works hard to ensure all products are delivered fresh and in excellent condition. Once products have been delivered, responsibility for correct storage and handling transfers to the customer.

In the rare event of delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as traffic, weather, or operational issues), we will communicate with affected customers as soon as possible.

Collection

Wholesale customers may also collect orders directly from our bakery during agreed collection windows.

Customers collecting orders should arrive within the agreed timeframe to ensure product freshness and smooth bakery operations.

Product Quality

All of our bread and baked goods are handmade using traditional artisan methods and baked fresh daily. Because of this, slight variations in appearance, size, or crust colour may occur.

Wholesale customers are responsible for proper storage and handling of products once they have been collected or delivered.

Account Use

Wholesale accounts are intended for use by the approved business only and must not be shared or used by third parties.

Stony Bakers Artisan Bakery reserves the right to suspend or remove wholesale accounts if these terms are not followed.
