Refund policy

At Stony Bakers Artisan Bakery, everything we make is baked fresh daily with care, passion and the best ingredients. Because our products are perishable, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges once items have been purchased from us, but we always want you to leave happy.

If something isn’t quite right with your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Whether it’s a quality issue with your product or something missing from your order, our team will always do our best to make it right.

For online pre-orders, if you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as you can before your collection time and we’ll do everything we can to help. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations for online pre - orders within 24 hours of your order collection date.
